Hi, I'm Hailey Hill – inventor of the ArmCloud!
As a qualified and experienced Nail Technician for over 15 years, I absolutely loved my job and my clients. So you can imagine when I found out that I may have to end my career after being diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome…I was devastated!
I had spent years hunched over a manicure table, and was suffering from excruciating back and neck pain. I’d spent thousands of dollars on doctor visits, medication, chiropractors, osteopaths, physiotherapists and masseurs, without any permanent relief. As soon as I’d sit at the table and put my head down to work, the pain would return.
Desperate not to leave a job I loved, I decided to create a solution that would fundamentally alter the way I worked to prevent pain, rather than hopelessly trying to treat it.
How the ArmCloud manicure cushion was born
Knowing that I wasn’t the only Nail Technician in pain, I set out to design a product that would improve our physical, mental and emotional health and make our jobs easier.
Over 8 years, I refined the perfect latex foam design that positioned a client’s hands at exactly the right height for a Nail Technician to sit naturally and look directly at their nails, rather than needing to bend or hunch over.
For the first time in my career, I felt amazing and my posture is now better than ever. My pain has disappeared, and I’ve developed a greater strength in my spine, core and stomach muscles.
I was able to work all day, make great money, do an exceptional job for clients, and enjoy working in a career I love.
Now, my only wish is to help other Nail Technicians reap the same benefits that I have.

My Mission
My mission is to eliminate back, neck and shoulder pain for all Nail Technicians by providing a solution that supports their posture, strengthens their core, and feels superbly comfortable for clients.
The ArmCloud was invented by a Nail Technician for Nail Technicians. I understand your pain and I appreciate your love for the job…so it is my goal to eliminate that pain so you can simply focus on doing what you love!
