Standard Shipping

Australia: 3-11 business days – Free

International: 14-28 business days – Free

Express Shipping

Australia: 3-5 business days – $25 AUD

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5pm AEST will be processed on the next business day.

Payment Methods

ArmCloud.com.au will accept payments online with your PayPal account, or you can use your credit/debit card using PayPal's secure payment system.

Please note: You do not need a PayPal account (or need to create one) to make payment via credit or debit card.

Payments can also be made via direct deposit. If you would prefer to do an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), please contact us for account details.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days from the shipping date.

To return your ArmCloud, you must:

  • request a Return Authorisation (RA) number by sending us an email;
  • write the RA number on the outside of the shipping carton;
  • include a copy of your original invoice inside the return package;
  • keep your purchase and all packing materials in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned product/s, or restocking fees; and
  • post the product back to us (address provided with your RA number).

ArmCloud.com.au recommends customers obtain a tracking number to verify the package has been received. Please also consider freight insurance for the return package for the price of the item(s) purchased.

All returns are subject to inspection prior to refunding. We reserve the right to refuse any package that does not have a valid RA number.

All returns take approximately 7-10 business days to process and issue a refund.

We sincerely apologise if you live outside these areas. Feel free to contact us and we will advise as soon as the ArmCloud is available in your country.

Q: Can I check my order status or track shipping?

Absolutely. Our distribution team will provide a tracking number as soon as your product has been shipped.

Q: How long do I have to return if I’m shipping internationally?

We appreciate that it takes longer to return items from overseas. Once your product has arrived, you have 14 days to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number, after which we will know to expect it.
