Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5pm AEST will be processed on the next business day.
ArmCloud.com.au will accept payments online with your PayPal account, or you can use your credit/debit card using PayPal's secure payment system.
Please note: You do not need a PayPal account (or need to create one) to make payment via credit or debit card.
Payments can also be made via direct deposit. If you would prefer to do an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), please contact us for account details.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days from the shipping date.
ArmCloud.com.au recommends customers obtain a tracking number to verify the package has been received. Please also consider freight insurance for the return package for the price of the item(s) purchased.
All returns are subject to inspection prior to refunding. We reserve the right to refuse any package that does not have a valid RA number.

Absolutely. Our distribution team will provide a tracking number as soon as your product has been shipped.
We appreciate that it takes longer to return items from overseas. Once your product has arrived, you have 14 days to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number, after which we will know to expect it.
