 I first experienced the ArmCloud as a client of Hailey’s, and was impressed by how much more comfortable it made my appointments. I was also impressed by how quick it made appointments with her, because it was clearly easier for her to manipulate and see my fingers.

But I did not have a true appreciation for the ArmCloud until I became a Nail Tech myself. When I first started I found myself constantly wishing I had one, because my shoulders and back were always tired and sore. And no matter how many times I asked, clients never got their hands quite close enough to me, or in the ‘right’ position (particularly their thumbs!).

I was ecstatic when Hailey told me she was making the ArmCloud available to Nail Techs everywhere, and launching the product for sale. Since using it, I have noticed I am less fatigued after back-to-back clients, and the quality and precision of my gel nail treatments has improved tenfold. Not to mention cutting down on treatment time, because I can actually SEE my clients’ hands! I even use it when I do my own nails, because the height and support are so perfect.

I see the ArmCloud as a product that enhances my services, and is a point of difference between me and other salons. ArmCloud is ergonomic for both client and Nail Tech. Clients who have hand, wrist, and arm mobility issues or injuries love the ArmCloud because it makes the appointment easier for them as well. ArmCloud cradles the client’s elbow so it doesn’t get sore; supports their wrist so it doesn’t get tired or inflamed; and it means they know they are in the ‘right’ position for me to do their nails. They can relax into the ArmCloud and let me get on with my job.

 I’m a nail tech of 13 years and the fact I am only now doing several hours of nails per week in comparison to the 35 plus in the past doesn’t mean that my neck and shoulders should be compromised any less. I’ve been using my ArmCloud for several weeks, and as much as it did take a little bit of adjusting too, I can now say that I am totally converted!!!

When I have been reduced to sit in my ‘old’ position my shoulders and upper back ache so bad. I’m actually enjoying doing what I’ve always loved to do rather than being in pain because of it.

 I've been a Nail tech for eight years now. The last four have taken a toll on my neck and back as I work almost 14 hours a day, 6 days a week.

My neck pain was getting to the point where I was wondering how much longer I was going to be able to work. The ArmCloud has changed that for me.
